BDO sought a fresh and creative design approach for their new North Shore
offices in the recently refurbished Takapuna Tower.
They required open plan, combined with Partners offices, front of house meeting facilities,
reception and waiting area.  It was important for all of the staff and their clients to be able to enjoy the vista, maximising the 360° from every space, while creating a welcoming
environment.  A significant element is the staffroom.  It is designed with a dual function,
providing a fully functioning kitchen, an area for the staff to relax while being able to facilitate informal ‘café style’ meetings.  New furniture was designed and manufactured to meet their needs, and attention to detail was critical to the end result.  Although ODG had time constraints they successfully worked through Christmas to meet the move in date at the end of January.
